Can we manage my company from multiple emails?

Yes, no problem at all. Once the company registers in beWanted, several people can access the platform from the initial user's email address. From there, the company should write to info@bewanted.com(Subject: Company users), stating which people (with their corresponding email) they also want to have access to be able to manage the selection processes that are active. On the other hand, there would be no limit to the number of users in the same company profile. If company X wants twelve, twenty-four or sixty-seven people from Human Resources to manage the process, they can do so.

I can't upload a background image or logo in my company profile, what should I do?

Regarding the background image of your company profile, you must take into account a key detail: it must have a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and 200x200 pixels in the case of the logo. If it does not meet this requirement and the image is smaller, it may appear pixelated or with poor quality, leaving little sense of professionalism of the company 📸 If, on the contrary, the resolution of the photo is ideal, it will obviously leave a much more appropriate and satisfactory feeling 🤓.
