AGS reserves the right to limit or suspend access to our website, as well as the offering or provision of any services and products advertised on it, at any time and without prior notice, for reasons of maintenance, security, power outages, technical issues, or other reasons, without this giving rise to any liability or entitling anyone to request any financial compensation. AGS shall not be liable, either directly or indirectly, for any direct or indirect damages or loss of profits that may arise from the unavailability of our Website or AGS’s services.
AGS may include links to third parties and/or external websites that are beyond AGS’s control. Although we will periodically verify the legality, accuracy, and relevance of these sites, we cannot guarantee their quality. 9. Other Issues of Interest
Access levels and user registration
In general, the mere access to the Website may be free. However, AGS conditions the access to certain areas of the Website and the use of all its Services to the previous completion of the corresponding User registration form.
For all purposes, access to the Website through User identification by means of social networks shall be considered User registration and necessarily implies acceptance without reservation or objection of these general terms and conditions.
Likewise, AGS may make available to the Users certain Services for the use of which it may require the completion of additional registrations and/or the payment of certain monetary considerations. If applicable, such registration shall be carried out in the manner expressly indicated in the service itself or in the particular conditions that regulate it.
To be an AGS User, you must be of legal age. The User represents and warrants, in all cases, that he or she is at least 18 years of age.
The User guarantees the veracity of the previous manifestation, as well as of the whole of the registration data facilitated to AGS and is responsible for maintaining them completely updated while his condition of the same one lasts. In any case, the User will be the only responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to AGS or third parties for the information provided.
AGS reserves the right to deny registration on the Website. Such denial shall not entitle the User to any compensation. Once the registration process is successfully completed, AGS will add the User to its database of registered Users. An account will be created for each User using their email address and an associated "password."
User obligations
The User's obligations, without detriment to those arising from the clauses of this document, shall be the following:
The User will be obliged to guarantee the veracity and accuracy of the registration data introduced in the information systems of AGS and to carry out as many updates of the same ones were necessary. In any case, the User will be the only responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and for the damages caused to AGS or third parties for the information provided.
Safeguard the "username" and "password" provided by AGS to the User with due diligence, preventing unauthorized third parties from accessing them and thereby ensuring their confidentiality.
Immediately notify AGS of any indication of a security breach on the Website, any inappropriate or prohibited use of the services provided through the Website, or any security failures of any kind.
Companies are prohibited from using the data of interested candidates for any purpose other than managing job openings, as well as from disclosing such data to third parties.

Exclusion of warranties
The Website may contain links to pages that, although part of the Website, are the responsibility of third parties. The Website may also contain links to external pages. In both cases, AGS cannot control or monitor such content in any way. AGS disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of any kind arising from the existence of or access to such content.
Security and Privacy: AGS will use reasonable efforts to provide security systems that reasonably protect its systems and the data contained therein against deliberate attacks, malware, etc. However, the User understands and accepts the risks inherent in the provision of services over the Internet, given the open, decentralized, and global nature of this communications network. For this reason, AGS does not guarantee the impregnability of its security systems or the privacy of the information stored therein. AGS disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of any kind for security breaches on the Website and any consequences that may arise therefrom.
System Interruptions and/or Suspension: In general, the various services will be available online without interruption. However, the User is hereby advised that AGS does not guarantee this continuity in any way due to the nature of the medium through which the services are provided.
The User understands and accepts the implications of providing services via the Internet, given the open, decentralized, and global nature of the network. For example, by way of illustration and without limitation, the following are some of the situations that may temporarily interrupt the provision of such services: maintenance work on servers and/or data lines, malfunctions in servers and/or data lines, deliberate attacks against the security and integrity of the system, or computer viruses or the presence of malicious code on the pages that make up or are accessible from the Website.
AGS disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of any kind arising from a temporary interruption in the availability of the Website on the Internet.
Furthermore, in accordance with the aforementioned personal data protection regulations, AGS informs the User that the data provided by the User may be disclosed to a third party for purposes directly related to the provision of the service that the User contracts through the Website. Therefore, the User expressly authorizes AGS to disclose or, where applicable, transfer the personal data and information provided during the registration and/or contracting process for the Services. In this regard, AGS’s disclosure of data to a third party shall be for the sole purpose—and limited to—the development, fulfillment, and oversight of the legal relationship established between the User and AGS. Any third party to whom AGS discloses the data shall undertake to AGS to use such data exclusively in accordance with the guidelines provided by AGS, as well as to strictly comply with the provisions of the applicable regulations referred to above.
The User is hereby notified that AGS may, at any time, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to provide prior notice, permanently suspend the Website’s presence on the Internet and, consequently, the services provided from or through it, without prejudice to any provisions to that effect in the applicable Special Terms and Conditions. AGS is exempt from any and all liability of any kind arising from the consequences that may result from the permanent suspension of the provision of such services.
Voluntary resignation, exclusion and liabilities
Any User may request to unsubscribe, at any time, as a user of the Website. AGS will have a period of 30 days to examine the situation of said User with respect to all the services to which he/she has subscribed and, if applicable, to issue an invoice for all those consumptions that at the reception of the cancellation request are pending collection.
If there is no amount pending settlement and/or collection, the cancellation shall take effect immediately. Otherwise, the cancellation shall be subject to the effective collection of such amounts by AGS.
The User is responsible for the proper use of the Website and the services contracted from or through it. Any misuse of the services by the User will result in immediate exclusion from the Website and the loss of the User’s status as a registered User, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to any legal action that AGS may take.
Any action by the User that could jeopardize or damage systems, equipment, or services accessible directly or indirectly through the Website will result in the User’s immediate exclusion from the Website and the loss of their status as a registered User, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to any legal action that AGS may take.
Any action by the User that violates these terms and conditions, the Specific Terms that may govern specific Services, the law, or generally accepted standards of conduct will result in the User’s immediate exclusion from the Website and the loss of their status as a registered User of the Website, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to any legal action that AGS may take.
The falsity of the personal and/or professional data provided by the User during the registration process in the Website or in any of the services provided from or through the same may result in the immediate exclusion from the Website with the loss of the condition of registered User of the same, without the right to any compensation and without prejudice to the corresponding legal actions that may be taken by AGS or third parties.
The User shall be solely responsible for any claim, legal action, judicial or extrajudicial, initiated by third parties both against the User and AGS, based on uses of the services contrary to law, morality, good faith and generally accepted good customs.
