Our SAAS tool allows our clients (Pool Managers) to create, classify, manage and market a customized Talent Pool (community). The Pool Manager is able to create a community where candidates and employers match.
Talent Pool employers have access to a Scouting tool that makes their selection processes more efficient, faster and cheaper. And all this thanks to Sentinel, our algorithm that allows to find the ideal candidate in minutes.
Candidates are offered to join specific Talent Pools of their interest, where they can receive the best job opportunities always adapted to their profile thanks to JobRank, our employability rating system.

Our project, -Alumni Global Search-, was created by a group of Spanish entrepreneurs, experts in human resources consulting, with the clear objective of turning the way of finding talent upside down.
We launched and consolidated our business in Spain with the creation of the first talent pool focused on recent graduates, our Young Talent Pool.
We are getting older and we do our rebranding, we adapt the classic "wanted" to the field of technology. The beWanted brand is born.
More than consolidated in Spain and Mexico, we have doubled our team and continue to grow our database, with more than 500,000 candidates and more than 3,000 companies working with us.
beWanted signs a financing round of 1.5M euros to consolidate the brand and continue its international expansion.
We create our first talent pool for a third party, our new strategy begins to take shape, the development of a SAAS tool for third parties to create talent pools with our technology.
We were confined, but we took the opportunity to consolidate beWanted's new strategy and develop our SaaS technology based on Talent Pools.
We reached 50 active talent pools within the beWanted ecosystem, surpassed 10,000 employers using our pools and reached 1,000,000 candidates within our platform.
We exceeded +200 specialized talent pools, reaching 5,000,000 invitations sent to candidates since 2014. Our more than 15,000 employers send an average of 45,000 invitations to recruitment processes per month.
